Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to give a theoritical fresentation about air transport as aircrafts and its services.More over , it aimed at giving its effectiveness on customers satisfaction We depended on process in addition to study the working conditions and the services given by Algerian airlines ompany in Oran.To do that we decided to do a survey by distribution a questionnaire on a groupe of people to find out their opinions about the company.We have chosen one hundred and ten (110) customer.

SPSS22 and Statistica8 program So,the survey showed that goodness in the services given have a great effect on customers satisfaction .Tohe majority of customers trust their company and prefer perfection in dealing white Algerian Airlines
