Abstract EN

The Study aimed to gain knowledge to what extent of procedures that financial companies have in its .-US which can make it international companies, knowing its capacity to be global and knowing abstracts that might pres ent its globalization.

The study came out with some results: Most of the companies AIS can adapt with International accounting standards changes and technology' changes, and the obstacles face them.

The study recommended: updating .-US users with all kind of accounting standards and technology changes, and finding proper procedures to change the culture of owners about the important roll of developing both AIS and human resources.
