Abstract EN

The research was summarized to some results as follows: 1-Re Insurance on debts means that the Insurance Company can convert part of their Commitments which result from debts of insured people to re-Insurance company.

2-The legal form of reinsurance on debts for Cooperative replay companies is Parallel warranty and its legal and there's no Prohibition for them.

3-If the companies demand the debts again, the legal form of reinsurance for these companies become lord and if these companies don’t demand can pay back guarantee and it is forbidden according to the majority of scholars.

4-Cooperative Insurance companies permissible to them need to commercial replay companies in case of lack of Cooperative reconstruction.

5-There is a lot of alternatives which can be instead of commercial insurance replay and in same time considered to be alternative solutions for reinsurance.

6- Of the most important alternatives: activation of good loan, investment of cooperative Insurance companies' money, Customize part of zakat for debtors, activation of endowment (wakf)for debtors, activation of charities role in debt payment for debtors.
