The study aims to identify a range of decision-making tools, we have chosen to apply the theoretical study on the dairy milk and cheese of Boudouaou- Boumerdes as the institution of study, based on the exploratory approach and using the interview as a data collection tool of the secondary sources of books and periodicals.
We have found that decision-making tools are necessary to rationalize decisions, and to rely on them because of the circumstance and the situation that requires recourse to a tool.

L’étude vise à identifier une série d’outils de prise de décision, en s’appuyant sur l’approche exploratoire, en utilisant l’interview comme outil de collection de données, ainsi que comme source secondaire de livres et de périodiques.
Nous avons constaté que les outils d'aide à la décision sont nécessaires pour rationaliser les décisions et les utiliser en raison des circonstances et de la situation qui nécessitent un recours à un outil.
