Abstract EN

This study is entitled "The rule of killing mercy for the patient who is hopelessly ill and the legal position of it." This is one of the contemporary issues that has been widely discussed in recent years.

His idea has been crystallized in the medical field to dispense with patients suffering from severe suffering.

This study aims to demonstrate the legitimate ruling to kill mercy and the position of the law, and try to answer the following forms: What is the concept of killing mercy ? What is his legal ruling and legal position ? To answer this question, we have to look at two main points : - Statement of the concept of killing mercy, and the reasons calling for the end of the life of the patient is hopeless.

.- Give pictures to kill mercy and try to stand on the legitimate rule of law The research followed a descriptive approach in collecting information and presenting it to the issue of killing mercy from the medical, legal and legal aspects, and an extrapolative approach to trace the legal evidence and the legal position of this act.

The study reached the following results : - The sanctity of killing mercy in Islamic law.

- The legal position differs from it, where it was accepted by Western laws and rejected by most Arab laws.

The study recommends an increased emphasis on medical procedures that affect the human psyche.
