In general, teaching different levels of education aims first to an efficient communication, because it represents an important element in this curriculum.

Its assessment system aims to achieve two significant goals.

First, the assessment of students’ acquisition of knowledge and how to control it.

Second, the assessment of the efficient use of resources in order to build skills of subjects and other skills.

Previously, teaching curriculum was based on teaching by content.

Then, it became teaching by objectives, which eventually turns to teaching by competencies approach.

This makes learners the main axis in the educational learning operation.
