Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the degree of practicing self-management by mathematics secondary schools teachers at North East Badia schools from their perspective.

In order to achieve objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed by the researchers, and its validity and reliability were checked.

The questionnaire consists of (28) items distributed over five dimensions.

It was applied on the study sample which consisted of (74) male and female secondary schools teachers chosen randomly.

The study results showed that the degree of practicing self-management was moderate.

The results showed also that there is no statistically significant difference due teachers' gender and qualification.

The results revealed also that there are statistical significance differences due to teachers experience in favor of teachers with less than five years teaching experience.
