Abstract EN

In this paper, we highlight the main aberrations of the employees of the administration, by bringing up the level of underdevelopment that we will explain and mention the most important problems the Algerian administration still suffers from.

The sources of these problems are still rooted in the actions of individuals and they are apparent among employees.

This has a negative impact on the level of performance by making access to required development out of reach.

The determination of the state of weakness in self-discipline is done through highlighting the signs of its absence by bringing up its aspects such as organizational, behavioral and financial aberrations, in addition to the aberrations specific to methods of human resource management of whose mastery and control the Algerian administration is still far.
