This study deals with the phenomenon of social change within the Algerian family by observing the internal and external factors affecting the transformations in the family.

This study included important elements related to the attempt to interpret the theory and compare the traditional family and the contemporary family and the most important changes that occurred in it, by observing the phenomenon of social Change in the family.

This study used the descriptive analysis method.
