Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of emotional intelligence in aggressive behavior among a sample of students of second year secondary school in Laghouat.

The reaching study sample are (160) students.

In order to collect the data, we have used tow scales : emotional intelligence scale (of Ahmad Al-Alwan 0202), and aggressive behavior scale (of Said Mouatez and Aboabat Saleh 1995).

The results of this study are: - There is an effect for emotional intelligence alone in aggressive behavior, and an effect for gender (males-females) alone in aggressive behavior, and there is no effect interaction between emotional intelligence and gender (males-females) in aggressive behavior for simple of the study.

- There is an effect for emotional intelligence alone in aggressive behavior, and there is no effect for specialty (scientific-literary) alone in aggressive behavior, and there is no effect interaction between emotional intelligence and specialty (scientific-literary) in aggressive behavior for simple of the study.
