Abstract EN

In the absence of an explicit legal provision dealing with the subject of information in insurance contracts in Algerian legislation, the purpose of this study is to address the obligation of information and advice of insurance intermediaries, and the role they play in protecting the consent of the insured, who is considered a weak party in this contract.

opposite the complex techniques of insurance; all his through enlightening his consent regarding the warranties and the contractual terms.

For this purpose the study aims to shed light on the different types of insurance intermediaries and the principles and practices of this obligation under the insurance contract.
