Man cannot live alone.

People have to cooperate together to establish relations and dealings including financial ones.

Among these financial dealings is having a debt which has existed since a long time ago.

It is one of the dealings that are based on covetousness which results in disagreement, disputes, allegation, and denial among people.

This is a result from the individual differences among people according to good or bad fulfillment, as there are some procrastinators.

The Islamic legislation; which is suitable for everyone and valid for every age and every place, and protects the rights of the individual as well as the society; determined the method of dealing with the procrastinating debtor which obliges him to pay back his debts.

It set a deterrent punishment to the phenomenon of procrastination to prevent the nasty feeling of fear of losing rights during the dealing with other people.

The dealing with debts increased specially in the current ages.

Fraudulence to eat up the other’s properties unjustly, which led to losing a lot of rights as a result of the absence of honesty among the dealers, has increased.
