The Basel III regulatory framework contains a set of requirements for banking stability that banks are required to meet by 2019.
As a result, many developed countries have adapted their banking systems to these new standards, primarily the United States of America.
The aim of this study is to try to identify the most important procedures adopted by the US banking regulatory authorities to adapt their banking system to the Basel III standards as well as the reality of their application in addition to knowing the challenges they face.
