The problem of research was to find an answer to the following question: Is organizational justice a role in achieving organizational citizenship behaviors? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive method.

The questionnaire represented the main tool for reaching the results.

The sample of the study was then chosen in a way (52) single members of the teaching staff, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which was a significant correlation between statistical and regulatory behavior.
