This study seeks to demonstrate the impact and usefulness of financial information for investment decision making in companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange by examining the understanding and adequacy of the financial information of a sample of individual investors and their understanding of the importance of this information among other sources of information for making their investment decisions and their use of financial information To make a decision to invest in the Amman Stock Exchange.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used to gather information on a sample of individual investors in the Amman Stock Exchange.

Based on the views of 41 individual investors, the study found that there is a significant impact of financial information in rationalizing investment decisions in the Amman Stock Exchange.
