Entrepreneurship, in a region or territory, is a business not only of people with a project, or even an idea of entrepreneurship, but also of public authorities and all regional actors (CRI, Regional Council, Tax Administration, Banks, Social Organizations, etc.) to promote entrepreneurial spirit and taste, to move towards an entrepreneurial region par excellence.
In fact, the region has become the backbone of economic and social life, it has to face two requirements: to ensure and guarantee the socio-economic well-being of the population through the creation of employment, and consequently the reduction of unemployment, on the one hand.
On the other hand, develop the economy by adapting appropriate policies and strategies.

Le présent article se veut une occasion pour faire le point sur le statu quo de l’activité entrepreneuriale dans la région Fès-Meknès et de se forger une idée claire sur cette activité et sa répartition spatiale au niveau régional.
L’entrepreneuriat, dans une région ou dans un territoire, est une affaire non seulement de personnes ayant un projet, voire même une idée d’entreprendre, mais aussi des pouvoirs publics et de tous les acteurs régionaux (CRI, Conseil régional, Administration fiscale, Banques, Organismes sociaux etc.) afin de promouvoir l’esprit et le goût d’entreprendre, pour basculer vers une région entrepreneuriale par excellence.
En effet, la région est devenue le pivot de la vie économique et sociale, elle doit faire face à deux exigences : assurer et garantir le bien-être socio-économique de la population par la création d’emploi, et par voie de conséquence la réduction du chômage, d’une part.
D’autre part, développer l’économie via l’adaptation des politiques et stratégies appropriées.
