The fact that crime is a social inevitability which reflects human's presence and confrontational relations with other members of the community, it does not mean it is an acceptable phenomenon, or it's a reality that must be recognized.

We must work to confront and face it in all ways and methods to ensure its reduction and limit it, so that the eradication of criminal phenomenon entirely is difficult.

The relationship between conventional crime and development is inverse.But the question raised about the modern crime, or a crime broughtt by the technical and technological development, will the relationship between the traditional form of crime and development remain an inverse relationship ?
