NATO’s new strategic concept of 2010 is considered as integral political and security agenda, and crisis management approach is one of its principle that was applied on the Libyan crisis, but management requirements were totally different in theoretical level from the practical one, that characterized by military form, also the alliance has ignored the treatment by stages of the crisis, therefore there were reversal rebounds, that has influenced the situation.
