Many institutions have taken the Deming philosophy of TQM.

What helps individuals and management for understand this philosophy; is to see what Deming's system of profound knowledge has in its four parts.

So, this paper come to deal with the four parts of Deming's system of profound knowledge, through four axes: the first is knowledge of a system, the second knowledge of variation, the third Theory of knowledge, and the fourth knowledge of psychology.
