Abstract EN

This study aims to show the approach of improving the quality of higher studies, and linking the university with the economic and industrial environment.

The Algerian university attaints to improve its picture towards Community and its stakeholders.

And progress in the world ranking of universities.

To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher Designing a questionnaire was distributed to faculty members with various academic and professional degrees, Composed of a sample of (465) Professor, Where they found the results of the analysis of the questionnaire through the statistical analysis program, to a certain number of results associated with the Algerian university, especially as regards the tests of hypotheses.

This confirms the existence of the role of training investment in human capital to improve the quality of higher studies through: The quality of the environment of studies, learning and accessories, the quality of educational programs, Administrative Leadership with Strategic Vision, which reflects the quality of university performance.

The good quality of the Library and the information sources, Reputation and productivity of educational scientific faculty members.
