Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the Extent of the Jordanian companies Commitment at Social Responsibility and its Impact on Improving The strategic performance Level Results of the study showed: 1)The impact of the presence of a statistically significant at the significance level (a< 0.05) to the dimensions of social responsibility towards the (community, customers, the environment) a competitive advantage in the Jordanian industrial companies.

2)The lack of effect is statistically significant at the level of significance (a< 0.05) to the dimensions of social responsibility towards the (community, customers, the environment) market share in the Jordanian industrial companies.
