Abstract EN

Fetching ways to constrict and narrow down divorce in the Holly Qur’an is an issue of great importance.

This study found seven of the most significant and legitimate ways in Qur’an that would protect family from disintegration.

Some of these are preambles for marriage as the first way.

Others as the second, the third, and the fourth means are for educating the spouses about what comes after marriage to secure the family entity.

Other ways are a therapy for the spousal problems after their occurrence.

These ways, therefore, seek to fix the crack within the family after happening and repairing anything capable of being fixed.

These are the fifth, sixth, and seventh ways.

Finally, the search came to the result that Islam has surrounded the family with a fence to protect it from falling in the problems and to save it in case these problems occur.

All of these are based on a fair system that takes the right of both spouses into consideration
