Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the level of organizational justice among the employees of the institution of the National Social Security Fund; it is the value obtained as a result of the recognition of the integrity and objectivity of the output measures developments in the organization and the perception of individuals the situation of equity in the way they are treated inequality has three dimensions which are: 1 - Distributive justice: a justice output obtained by the Working Group (wages, grants, cost).

2.The procedural justice: it is the sense of the working group of the justice of the procedures used in defining outputs.

3.Interactive Justice: is the extent to which a sense of the fairness of the treatment of the Working Group obtained when applied to some formal procedures.
