Anyone who ever investigated the experience of Islamic universities on teaching the religious law and witnessed its outcomes and its role on recent real life situations ; it comes to his mind the question of innovation, effectiveness, and improvement for the purpose of rationalizing the teaching process at university.

On this layout, comes this research trying to develop the teaching methodology with a new approach.

After presenting the most important foundations of the old system of coteries and the modern university system; this research shows the possibility of joining the experience of the olds and the contemporary university experience on teaching the religious law.
