Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to examine the availability of support requirements for the application of electronic management at the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank in the state of Guelma in Algeria, by assessing the availability of supporting regulatory requirements, supporting technological requirements and supporting human resources requirements, based on the responses and opinions of a sample of 40 employees, using a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions of 30 paragraphs.

The study found that the majority of the respondents confirm that the supporting requirements for the application of e-administration combined are weak in the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank of Guelma state.
