Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of involvement of company personnel in an approach of certification and total quality management.
The case study was focused on the staff of the company "ABRAS.
SAIDA" SPA.
subsidiary of the Group ENAVA.
For this study, we used m the descriptive approach, where we took a sample of company employees who constitute the majority of the permanent staff of the company.
31 questionnaues have been returned.

Le but de cette étude est de connaître le degré d'implication du personnel de l’entreprise dan; unedémarche de certification et de management de la qualité totale, l'étude de cas a été porté sur- le personnel de l’entreprise « ABRAS.SAIDA », SPA.
Filiale du Groupe ENAVA.
Pour réaliser cette étude, nous avons recouru, a l'approche descriptive, où nous avons pns un échantillon des employés de l'entreprise qui constituent la majorité des cadres permanents de l’entreprise.
31 questionnaires ont fait l'objet de retour, acceptables pour l'analyse.
Nous avons basé sur un ensemble d'outils statistiques pour tester les hypothèses, parmi ces outils (Coefficient Alpha Cranbach.
