The aim of this research is to highlight the application of the reengineering process as an input to enhance the compétitive advantage of organizations, As a method and technique designed to bring about a radical change in the organizaion in terms of performance and control , both at the level of the design processes or the level of operation, Process reengineering has a significant impact on the achievement of competitive advantage, including speed of product delivery, creative and innovation.

The study found that the reengineering seeks to give a new form for the organization, which is characterized by flexibility and simplicity as it seeks to make a change in the form of organization, also reengineering itself is a compétitive advantage for the organization if it succeeds in implementing.It achieves superior quality, speed and minimal cost, but in return it has risks if its application fails.
