Abstract EN

Elementary period education is considered as a stone foundation in the life of learner ,because it takes the responsibility of assurance a teaching who guarantee personality of learner to be opened and harmonious by considered him as an effective element in the operation of learning and allow him to acquire a general cultural level and an sufficient theoric knowledgement.

But this period faces a lot of challenges cooperated to became a problems of learning which caused in many cases by a gap between matters of learning and the pedagogical methods in one hand and the degree of preparedness of student to receive this matters and the level of his growth and his uncompleted mental structures in other hand.

And without doubt that this problems affect negatively the linguistic acquisition of students it participate in the decrease of their practical achievements both: written or oral ,which appear in the weakness of principle skills like reading , written and oral expression .So this reaserch tries to reply following questions: -what are the problems of learning which face the student of Elementary period and what are their causes?.

-How these problems affect the linguistic acquisition of students? -What are the solutions of these problems?
