Abstract EN

The claims of the Shiite Ubbaidiyya State or Fatimid dynasty State that they believed that they are the descendent of the dynasty sons prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and they are the entitled and have the divine right to rules the Islamic caliphate, in addition to this they committed a hugs crimes and evils practiced against the sunniest in both occident and orient Islamic word at that time , those where the among main reasons behind the formation and reaction of Seljuk’s sunniest rulers in Seljuk State against Shiite Ubbaidiyya State during the era of(5 Hijri/11 AD) century , The Seljuk sunniest rulers starting the consolidation and the reinforcement of their power, state and army in Baghdad, then the focus on the resistance and fighting the Shiite existence by madding this as the major and most important goals where the called for EL-Jihad against both the crusaders and Shiites which has been always the direct and main cause behind the insecurity an instability in the Abbasid dynasty sunniest succession and Islamic word .

The Seljuk minister Nizam al-mulk Eltoussi is considered as one of the famous leaders and most important and influence rulers of the Seljuk’s State during the Abbasid dynasty succession or caliphate in which he have a great and remarquable effort to fighting the existence of the Shiite and to defend the sunniest and to preserved the Sunni doctrine throughout the struggling and confronting the Ubbaidiyya State in general and the Shiite thought and belief in specific, he used a different and various ways , methods and tools as economic , military and thought, however the scientific ,thought and belief effort where the most prominent and well known in which he engaged to build a series of schools in different regions and province in the Islamic world knows as the “ Nizamic schools” driven from his names , the main purpose of those schools was to resist the Shiite thought and belief tide through the preparation and forming a religious scholars and advocates in sunniest thought and belief in which they charge to come-back to their home regions and spread the sunniest thought, moreover, Seljuk minister Nizam al-mulk Eltoussi did not stoped only in building this series of schools but the participate himself in telling courses and writing a books and recite el hadith ( prophet speech).
