Abstract EN

The period of transition from the oriented economy to the liberal economy has been characterized by the emergence of complex problems in Algerian society, preside the difficulty of reconciling the economic gains and the social sacrifices, especially with regard to the imbalances in the labor market characterized by the sharp decline in labor supply in view of the increasing demand for employment, where the unemployment rate exceeded 30% by the end of the 1990s , which is not excluded by the category of university graduates, which for a long time was not concerned with this problem by virtue of its scientific degree , which is considered as a visa for entry into the world of work, on the one hand, and from another beer, the operation of this category is not an issue in Algeria as a result of the ability of the labor market to absorb all graduates of higher education institutions , which has made the subject of employment in general and the employment of university degree holders in particular skip to the top ranks within the priorities of economic and social development programs .

The Algerian government has taken many steps and different forms in its content, ranging from encouraging entrepreneurship initiatives and self-projects to wage employment for young people in the framework of professional Integration Assistance System, which was directed primarily to the work of junior students, especially those with university education to resolve the unemployment crisis in Algeria in general and promote the employment of university degree holders in particular, The aim of this paper is to describe and analyze the problem of unemployment among university graduates in Algeria, and in the same context aims to analyze and evaluate the State's policy in addressing this problem through professional Integration Assistance System in terms of its content and its results achieved.
