Abstract EN

Because of the role played by the electronic editor in the e-commerce transactions as well as the multiplicity of its concept under the Arab legislation organizing of electronic evidence, which has become difficult to precise its meaning especially under the comparative studies, for these reasons , there was an urgent need to identify this concept as a basic concepts in e-commerce in general, and especially in electronic contract.

This study is trying to determine the term and concept of « e- editor » to adjust and standardize the e-commerce terminology by researching its characteristics and what distinguishes it from its origin: « the editor » and his counterpart « paper editor »: also the relationship with some terms under the Arabic legal texts .
