Abstract EN

Resulted in foreign direct investment during the second half of the last century an important role in supporting the growth of the economies of developing countries, especially during the past two decades, which witnessed a significant increase in the volume of investment flows, this study sought to determine the effect of attracting foreign direct investment in the economic development of developing countries, particularly in the China and Malaysia.

The study concluded that the success of the foreign direct investment in those two countries under study due to the efforts made by each of them in the investment climate through create a series of laws issue and provide incentives tax alluring, and the creation of grassroots structures necessary in line with the requirements of this investment.

The study recommends the need to take advantage of other developing countries from these Successful experiences of China and Malaysia's in the field of attracting foreign direct investment in order to achieve economic and social development, so as not to copy the experience college because that would be little changed due to the variation of human, material and financial and cultural qualifications benefit.
