All organizations face some changes and challenge, that impose her the reality of revisiting how to improve its performance, through adopting some strategies such as: human resource development, total quality management, dependence on electronics in management and modern technologies; that will bring for the enterprise a competitive advantage to face similar enterprises that occupy a good place in the competition market.

For that it’s important to set the light in this intervention on the importance of study the outstanding performance in organizations, while trying to understand customer divisions according to the approach of excellence and innovation.
