Contemporary scholars studied and analyzed the book which is named (the response to the grammarians) of Ibn Maḍā' (d 592).

Their positions differed between approval and rejection, including Dr.

Shawki Daif and Dr.

Mohammed Eid, Who they presented two separate studies on the book.

Two researchers are trying in this study to display the compatibility and difference between the two scholars in dealing with the opinion of Ibn Maḍā' in grammatical reasons Each of the two scholars adopted a different way the view of Ibn Maḍā', and they saw need to abolish the seconds and thirds of reasons, which is proved corruption it, and its impact on the complexity of linguistic issues.

and They called for the first reason only owing to its linguistic advantage.

The points of difference between the two worlds are few, do not affect the essence of their adoption of the theory of Ibn Maḍā'.

This predicts modernist tendencies seeking to revolt against the old, and the change to fit the modern era.
