Abstract EN

This study aims to identify to what extent the components of human capital in the Regional Directorate of Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company (CAAR) Annaba is available.

A questionnaire has been distributed to a sample of 67 employees and retrieving 55 valid for analysis.

After the use of a set of statistical tools, the results showed that human capital is available in targeted directorate with a high degree where the study concluded with a series of results that the interest in the human resource is not limited to being considered as resource, but must be capitalized an should be preserved especially because it is considered as the main source of competitive advantage of organizations.
