The Waqf is one of the main curbstones of Islamic economy, as a development tool contributes to the achievement the social solidarity and economic balance; we noticed increased interest at present about it whether research or studies and in terms of social practices.

This study was to clarify to illustrate the concepts of concern Islamic Waqf and investment methods of Waqf agricultural lands.

The main objective of this research paper is to highlight the effective role and The efforts made by the Kingdom of Morocco for the promotion of waqfs property, particularly the agricultural property, because of extreme importance to illustrate methods used in the investment of waqfs property.
