The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which talent management strategies have been applied in Faculities of physical education in Jordanian Universities from the point of view of their members.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method in his survey method.

The study sample consisted of (76) faculty members.

(50%) of the study population.

After the questionnaire was distributed to the sample, the researcher used statistical treatments (arithmetical averages, standard deviations, Multiple Anova analysis, The results showed that the extent of application of talent management strategies in the faculities of Physical education in Jordanian universities from the point of view of its members came at an average and at the macro level, as well as in all fields.

The results also showed no significant differences in the overall level of application of talent management strategies of physical education in Jordanian Universities from the point of view of their members due to the demographic variables (gender, academic rank, years of service, university) , while the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the field of "talent attraction strategy" University of Jordan, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in the field of "retention strategy" due to the variable years of service and for the benefit of (11 years and more) , The researcher recommends the creation and creation of departments for talented students within the universities, encouraging the investment of talent among the youth, and defining the concept of talent management, defining talent accurately and clearly, and setting procedures, methods and systems that will be used in the process of talent management and not confused with human resources management.
