Abstract EN

The objective of the research is to identify the social, economic and subjective dimensions of small projects on the Jordanian family, to identify the obstacles facing families in the small projects execution.

To achieve that; a survey was conducted for all borrowers of the productive families program in the Directorate of Social Development / Salt, numbering (70) borrowers selected in a comprehensive survey.

The descriptive statistics were used: including Simple advanced statistical methods, independent sample t-test, and the one-way ANOVA test.

The search results revealed that social dimensions that borrowers achieve from the establishment of small enterprises, is their increased contribution to strengthening their social status among their families and communities.

While the economic dimensions includes the thinking of expanding the project to increase profit return, gain more experience in marketing the project products.

With regard to selfdimensions; the results confirmed the role and effectiveness of the projects in improving the conditions of beneficiaries of the productive families program, in terms of increasing their independence, their dependence on themselves, and enhance their self-confidence.

The main obstacles facing the family benefiting from the program of productive families in the province of Balqa are the big competition in the market for the dominance of big businesses on the market.

The study showed statistically significant differences at the level of the economic dimension, Self-dimension, The overall measurement of small projects on households in Jordanian society was due to the gender variable, in favor of males.

There were also statistically significant differences in the social and economic dimensions of small projects for households in Jordanian society was in favor of the educational status category (secondary or lower).
