Abstract EN

The study aimed at determining the impact of the interactive role in building the personality of the leading students in Jordanian universities, by monitoring the characteristics of the main three leadership personalities (the skill of achievement, responsibility and spirit of participation) from the point of view of the teaching staff members.

The questionnaire included two parts: the first section included the demographic data of the study sample.

The second section included three principles: the skill of achievement, responsibility, and spirit of participation.

Each core included six items.

The study was applied to a sample of (80) faculty members of different academic levels, specialization and years of experience for the academic year (2016-2017) of four universities.

The results of the study showed a statistical significance for the academic level variables and the years of experience with regard to the interactive role of the universities in building the leadership personality of the students, showing the absence of any statistical indication of the specialization variable in relation to the interactive role of the Jordanian universities in building the personality of the leading students.
