The purpose of this research is to study the concept of the jurisprudence of budgets through the concept of old and contemporary scientists, and to realize its importance in limiting the differences between scientists, especially in matters of jurisprudence, and then the impact of this jurisprudence in the medical field, especially concerning the behavior of doctor and patient; Of the interests or evil, and then give the appropriate Islamic judgment based on this budget, which is under the objectives of Islamic law and various jurisprudential rules, to show us then the fact of this jurisprudence and its importance in the lives of people, and highlight the tolerance and moderation of this religion.
