The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of total quality on human resources management strategies ,in the Central Hospital of Arar , for the objectives of this study total quality management included the following principles: the participation of workers, continuous improvement , commitment of senior management to quality and focusing on client, and human resource strategies are formed of the following strategies: selection, recruitment, training , development, performance appraisal and rewards and incentives, the community of the study included all workers in the Central Hospital of Arar (948), the study sample consisted of (127) and the study reached to several findings , including: 1.

The level of the application of all the principles of total quality management (TQM) in the Central Hospital of Arar was moderate.

2.

All human resource strategies were affected by the application of the principles of total quality management in the hospital and in a moderate way.

3.

The existence of a positive correlation between TQM principles and strategies of human resource management relationship, all of them were statistically significant.

The study suggested a number of recommendations of the most prominent, are: To increase the attention of Arar Central Hospital to the application of the principles of total quality management, and in particular the principle of focusing on the client through good care for the sick, and to reconsider the strategy of performance evaluation, so as to connect the evaluation of the performance of employees with the progress in the implementation of hospital quality, and to develop training programs, according to the results of the performance evaluation, and to review the rewards and incentives strategy, so as to be linked with the application of quality and to rely on the bonuses and collective incentives standards.
