Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to know the impact of training in the application of electronic management in a sample of public adminstration in Souk Ahras .

analyzing the trends of the employeesis studied through the adoption of a questionnaire method and data analysis using the SPSS to test the hypotheses.

The study attained that there is statistical significant effect between the independent variable of the study through its three dimensions ( the contributions of administration, Training reasons to chift to electronic management and the evaluation of training) with the dependent variable ( application of electronic administration) .

The study also has concluded a series of results and provided a set of recommendations.
