Abstract EN

It is known that leadership is a set of behaviours and actions that affect people's activities to achieve the desired goals of an institution under certain circumstances.

the effectiveness of leadership and success is reached in most positions that achieve harmony and requirements of the situation.

the necessary leadership pattern, attitude and personality traits of the leader.

the type of leadership in a particular case is only effective insofar as the leader can achieve the objectives and the expected results.

the administrative manager must know his group and must share the roles to achieve his objectives he should have an impact on the behaviour of the group in order to achieve the desired objectives.

this is what prompted us to have a scientific approach on this topic to see the impact of leadership behaviour on the personality of workers within an organization.

our work is an attempt to disclose the personal characteristics of the leader and the type of leadership that the leader must adopt in displacing human resources and understand their behaviour and attitudes towards this model.

a leader must be able to define his role and the role of his team and configure them for the pursuit of an objective or behaviour that attempts to organize work, relationships and goals.
