The present study aims at uncovering the role of transformational leadership in achieving administrative innovation through conducting a field study on a sample of workers in an industrial institution (ALGAL PLUS company) for the manufacture of aluminum in M’sila.
both researchers adopted descriptive method procedures and selected a random sample of workers estimated at 63 ،the researchers used the questionnaire to collect data.
after the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data, the study reached the following results : -the driving motivation of the transformational leader plays a role in achieving the strategic thinking of the employees.-the ideal effect of the transformational leader creates an innovative organizational atmosphere.

L'étude récente a pour objectif de découvrir le rôle des gouverneurs qui changent pour réaliser la performance administrative à travers des études qui ont été fait sur un m'ombre d'employeurs a qui travaillent à une société qui fabrique l'aluminium a m'sila , les chercheurs ont appuie sur démarches dexriptives , ils ont choisir des travailleurs ou hasard (63 employeurs ):13 cadres à la société -,les chercheurs ont utilisés un Q.C.M pour collecter les informations après avoir fini les recherches de qualité et de quantité , l'étude à arriver aux résultats suivants : -la performance du gouverneur doué joue un rôle très important dans l'esprit stratégique des employeurs.
-l'influence parfait du gouverneur doué crée une atmosphère régulier doué, paisible pour les employeurs.
