This article aims to provide the main legal and regulatory provisions governing the Algerian economic establishment, especially with regard to the provisions of the commercial law ;and the law wich is governing the commercial practices, labor law, social security law, direct tax law and related taxes, as well as law 07-11 on the financial accounting system.
in this article we also suggests, the internal procedures that will be applied to the administration are compatible with legislation and regulations.
at the end of our study, we have shown that internal legislation, regulations and procedures guarantee good conduct and good governance and defend the interest of the company.

Cet article vise à présenter les principales dispositions légales et réglementaires régissant l’entreprise économique algérienne, notamment en ce qui concerne les dispositions prévues par le code de commerce et loi régissant les pratiques commerciales, le code du travail et loi sur la sécurité sociale, le code des impôts directs et taxes assimilées, ainsi que la loi 07-11 portant système comptable financier.
l’article propose également, les procédures internes à mettre en place pour une gestion conforme à la législation et la réglementation.
a l’issue de notre étude nous avons montré que la législation et la réglementation et les procédures internes assurent une bonne conduite, une bonne gouvernance, elles défendent l’intérêt de l’entreprise, elles sont considérées comme des outils de pilotage.
