Abstract EN

This research aims to clarify some texts from Ibadhi resources to find Ibadhi tools against ability to violence, in order to benefit from the riches of this Islamic section in facing phenomena of violence in contemporary Islamic societies.

The research used induction, analytical and descriptive methodologies.

The research includes an Introduction, four chapters and conclusion.

The most important findings of research are: the abilty of violence is readness to engage in IL legislated violence, in Ibadhi thought many tools to protect societies and individuals from ability to violence, as faith in punishment in day after against unjust Muslim people, and repudiation social system (nidham al-baraa).
