Abstract EN

This study aimed at evaluation the book of mathematics developed for the sixth grade in the light of the international quality assurance standards from the point of view of teachers and teachers of the private sector in Jordan, The researcher developed a scale from (84) item Distributed at six levels (Introduction, learning outcomes, content, activities and teaching aids, evaluation, technical output of the book) it was applied to a sample of (100) male and female math teachers.

Results indicated that the total percentage of teachers' evaluation was very large average (4.04),The results showed no statistically significant differences at (□< 0.05) in total percentage of teachers' evaluation due to gender and scientific qualification and experience years.

The study ended with a number of recommendations, including: more attention to the technical output of the book, especially geometric shapes and symbols, to conduct studies that reveal the difficulties faced by teachers and teachers during the teaching of mathematics books and propose how to deal with them..
