Abstract EN

This study aimed at measuring the impact of the financial structure of the firm on the reduction of the banking financial risks.

The problem of the study stemmed from the inadequate attention being paid to the financial structure and the circumstances surrounding the firm to be financed, thus increasing its risk of banking finance.

The study followed the analytical descriptive approach based on the case study, using a multiple regression method in order to test the study hypotheses.

The study concluded that there is a lack of credit study procedures and lack of credit experience in some banks; as well as lack of adequate study of the components of the financial structure when granting credit facilities; besides the existence of a 20% statistically significant effect for the components of the financial structure on risks of banking finance.

The study recommended the need to conduct a thorough study of the financial structure of the client, the results of its work and the purpose for which the credit is given, as well as his method and means of payment.
