Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the intermediate role of administrative decisions in the relationship between the technology gap and improvement of the administrative performance at the Sudanese Real Estate Commercial Bank in Khartoum State.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method; besides using the random sample method; whereas the study sample amounted to (130) employees of the total study population, which consisted of (170) employees.

To achieve the objectives of the study and to test its hypotheses, the Statistical Package for Social Science Program (SPSS) was used.

The study findings indicated the non-existence of a mediation relationship to decision taking between the dimensions of technology gap and improvement of administrative performance.

The study calls for measuring the technology gap in organizations periodically in order to reduce the level of this gap and constantly developing technology
