Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership in achieving an effective solution for the employees’ conflict in organization.

The problem of study originated from the lack of identifying the impact of transformational leadership on the effective solution of the organizational conflict.

The main hypothesis of the study can be summed up in the existence of a positive relationship between transformational leadership and the effective solution of the organizational conflict.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method, depending on secondary and primary sources to gather information; as well as the questionnaire to deal with the analytical aspect of the study topic.

The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample composed of (101) managers in some government departments in Northern State.

The most important findings of the study indicated that managers in government departments are interested in motivating employees by encouraging them to work as a team.

The most important recommendations of the study call for the managers in government departments to motivate their employees by sharing their feeling.
